Morning Water Recipe:

  • 12-16 oz of warm water
  • 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice squeezed from a lemon
  • Pinch of sea salt (natural real sea salt – not table salt)
  • Chia seeds (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (optional – mint or rosemary)
