What does balance look like for you? Is it hard for you to fond balance in your life? I know COVID has been like throwing salt in the wound for some, and for others it may have been that needed break to do more self care. I know here in Chicago I\'ve noticed a lot more runners. Out there getting a few miles in before work. I am sure working from home and saving some time but cutting your commute time by 100 percent has been a super benefit.
