Joe was recently cut short of Kayaking the entire Mississippi River. \\xa0Delayed by Hurricane Ida, Joe will return to the Mighty Mississippi before the years end to complete his goal.\\xa0
Joe has many miles of paddling under his belt. \\xa0All of which are in an effort to promote mental health awareness, the driving force behind Kayaking for a cause.
