It's time for the 13th episode of our trip through SNME 1990 and it's gonna be a fun ride. We are continuing our drive into the catalog of SATURDAY NIGHT'S MAIN EVENT & this amazing relationship between NBC/WWF as we make another stop in the DELOREAN. Episode 13 of Season 5 is this upcoming Friday and as per usual ACEFIELD RETRO returns with MIKE BELCASTER to chat about an retro filled happening! These episodes set the stage for WrestleMania 6 and also discuss the fall out. ULTIMATE WARRIOR is given the torch and gets the WWF CHAMPIONSHIP. It is an interesting perspective to see the build before and after WrestleMania 6 in TORONTO. The Ultimate Challenge is one for the ages! We start our journey to take a close look upon SATURDAY NIGHT'S MAIN EVENT XXV (JANUARY 27, 1990) from the UTC Arena in Chattanooga, TN headlined by Hulk Hogan & The Ultimate Warrior vs. Mr. Perfect & The Genius. Outside of our trips through the SATURDAY NIGHT catalog we stop to cover THE MAIN EVENT III (FEBRUARY 23, 1990) where we watch HULK HOGAN takes on RANDY SAVAGE in a rematch from WRESTLEMANIA for the WWF CHAMPIONSHIP with BUSTER DOUGLAS as the special referee. It was supposed to be MIKE TYSON but plans change pal! We finish out trip at SATURDAY NIGHT'S MAIN EVENT XXVI (APRIL 28, 1990)  from the Erwin Center in Austin, Texas headlined by Hulk Hogan vs. Mr. Perfect !
