Update on Denver Baker (Jack Phillips) by Supreme Court, timing belt was supposedly changed and then 30K miles later it broke and another mechanic says it was an old belt, inmate was watching TV in jail and next thing he knew he was in the hospital with fractures and broken eardrum, bought a shipping container (from Quality Container) and it is leaking, car fax of his truck says was totaled and dealer did not tell him that when he bought it, this and much, much, more.
