Cheryl's freezer went down and replaced compressor which did not fix it and then a few days later food was totally thawed, Michelle has a lifetime warranty on her furnace (heat exchanger) which is 20 yrs old but there is different opinions on technicians if the heat exchanger is cracked, Marsha has moved from her apartment and has not heard anything on her deposit, Marie (and friends) invested in a Bitcoin investment that appears to be a scam, Gail is blind and while walking across the street another dog interacted (got in a fight) with her "seeing eye" dog and because of that her dog was "reassigned", Judy got a letter from Centura and looked like a bill but they wanted her birthdate and it was a scam, this and much more.
