Rob brought his VW into Omeria (after bending his tie rod) and was charged $900 when his mechanic would have done it for $400, Heather bought a used Iphone 8+ from a store and four months later it quit (had 3 month warranty), Michaels sister bought a used refrigerator from a store along with and extended warranty and has had to be repaired 7 times in the last 6 months, Christopher went to get two tires on his car and he said they damaged a lug and he had to pay $122 at a different shop, David donated a car to Step 13 and is now getting parking tickets, Jason has a 2008 Jeep Commander which was totaled by a drunk driver and there payout is less than they owe, David is getting parking violations after they donated their van to Step Denver (and they took the plates off), this and much more.
