I\\u2019m Jamie Smart - welcome to the podcast. In this episode you\\u2019re going to be hearing something I\\u2019m very happy to share with you. It\\u2019s the recording of a conversation I had with Clarity Coach Louise O\\u2019Dalaigh at the last ClarityLive event a few months ago. Louise is trained as a nurse and has spent the last 30 years working in the healthcare field. Her current role is as a Quality Improvement Lead for an NHS organisation with over 10,000 staff. So it was a real treat to be able to have one of my \\u2018fireside chat\\u2019 conversations with her and find out the kind of difference the principles understanding is making in her life and in her organisation.

Just before we get to that, a bit of housekeeping. I\\u2019m working on the second edition of my book, CLARITY, and I had a realisation. I realised that just as the release of CLARITY planted a seed that grew into everything I\\u2019ve been doing for the past 10 years, I now want to create the space for the seeds I\\u2019ll be planting with the second edition.

So I\\u2019ve made a decision.

Between now and July 2022, I\\u2019m stopping all business activities except the delivery of the programmes that are already in the calendar for 2022.

I have the strong sense that there\\u2019s something new getting ready to emerge, and I want to create room for it.

This means that the Clarity Certification Training I do starting at the end of this month - January 2022 may be the last one I ever do (or at least the last one I do in its current form).\\xa0

It seems to me that the world has never had a greater need for this understanding, and that conditions have never been better to share it as widely as possible. In fact, the technologies that are playing a part in creating this crisis may also have the capacity to play a part in its solution.

I don\\u2019t know what part I\\u2019m going to play in all of this. \\xa0

What I do know is that I\\u2019m interested in exploring emerging technologies and new models to align communities as we take this understanding out into the world in a brand new form.\\xa0

To the people who have been through (or are preparing to go through) Clarity Certification Training, you\\u2019re not just early adopters; you\\u2019re trailblazers, and I\\u2019m grateful to be on the journey with you.

In Syd Banks\\u2019 final talk, \\u201cThe Ultimate Answer\\u201d, he says that when this gets out into the world, \\u201cliterally, it will help millions of people.\\u201d

The more I\\u2019ve learned from Syd\\u2019s work, the more I\\u2019ve learned to take him literally. And I think it might just be time.
