Sandy Hartwell lives in Simi Valley with her teenage son Charlie and her dog Gracie.  She is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, owner of Heart-well Fitness & Health Coaching and creator of Sandy Hartwell’s Next Level Living Club, a private online group for health-minded women.  She has been supporting and inspiring women in person and online for 15 years.  Her passion and her specialty are helping menopausal women shift their mindset, nutrition and lifestyle to reduce symptoms naturally, reclaim their identity and stop suffering in silence.  When she’s not coaching, training or out speaking publicly to women, she can be found, gardening, cooking or on the hiking trails.
