Rob Pincus isn't the oldest guy in the gun industry, but you\\nwouldn't necessarily know it from his accomplishments.
\\nIn the 20 years that Rob has been in the gun industry he has\\ncertainly made waves. \\xa0He has worked in Law Enforcement, in\\nMedia, as an instructor and now in the role of conceptual designer\\nof a defensive handgun, the Avidity PD10.
\\nI worked with Rob as a Senior outside instructor of the Combat\\nFocus Shooting Program and as a Master Instructor of the Defensive\\nFirearms Coach Program and the School Attacker Response Course and\\nhave continued to work with Rob even after departing from the CFS\\nteam in 2014.
\\nRob is \\xa0a wealth of knowledge and I always enjoy spending\\ntime with Pincus talking about the industry, where it has been,\\nwhere it is going and how it is going to get there.
\\nThis interview with Rob certainly takes the long road, but as\\nI'm sure you would expect, we really get to some quality\\nconversation along the way.
