There is really no better way to positively impact our lives\\nthan to make a positive impact on our health.

If we increase our level of physical performance, mental focus\\nand emotional stability, we can both impact the quality of our day\\nto day life and our ability to perform when we faces the stresses\\nof life up to and including dealing with a violent encounter.

\\n

If we are more physically capable, we can use our strength,\\nspeed, power agility and endurance to our advantage to win a fight.\\n\\xa0that is pretty obvious. \\xa0It works the same way when we\\nsharpen out mental focus and our emotional stability. \\xa0We can\\nprocess information faster and more accurately and keep our minds\\nfocused on the task at hand instead of the reasonable fear that we\\nmay be feeling.

At the same time, understand that our physical composition, our\\nmental focus and emotional stability can be great tools for\\navoidance of violence as well.
