Ohio University 2013; MS Recreational and Sport Science
Strength and Conditioning Coaching experience at the D1 and D3 levels
Exercise Physiologist at Ellsworth Air Force Base training military and police
Currently doing online/distance coaching through On Target Performance
Competitive USPSA shooter - Master Class
COO of Fireline Shooting & Training Center
Husband and father. Been married for 8 years and have 5 year old little girl and 4 year old little boy
