One of the first questions new podcasters want explained is, "How do I get my podcast to show up on all the platforms like Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Spotify?"

And my answer is, "You have to have at least one audio file to get your podcast connected."

The follow-up question is usually, "Okay, so do I need to release my episode one when I get connected?"

While there's no rule that says you HAVE to release a full-blown episode before you're ready to launch a podcast, I think that there's something to be said about putting out a preview of your podcast...aka a podcast trailer!
