It's Mental Health Awareness month. I discuss how we can tend to put pressure and expectations on ourselves and others that lead to stress, depression, and even worse. We need to take breaks physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Seeking help and putting aside our pride is never a bad thing. #breakthestigma
