Taragin is a member of the Israeli Bar Association, L.L.B from Bar Ilan Law Department & M.A from the Interdisciplinary Program in Conflict Resolution, Management and Negotiation at Bar-Ilan University. For the past year has been working closely with the US based law firm Heideman Nudelman & Kalik, PC and the International Legal Forum towards filing a suit in the Washington District Court against USCPR.
