For a resilient defense: detect anomalous behaviors in our systems.  They breeched our Maginot line. To do this right is expensive.    Mark Montgomery serves as senior director of the Center on Cyber and Technology Innovation, where he leads FDD’s efforts to advance U.S. prosperity and security through technology innovation while countering cyber threats that seek to diminish them. Prior to joining CCTI, Mark served as the Executive Director of the congressionally mandated Cyberspace Solarium Commission, where he remains a Senior Advisor.   https://www.fdd.org/analysis/2020/12/16/russian-hackers-target-us-government-agencies/ https://www.nytimes.com/2020/12/16/us/politics/russia-hack-putin-trump-biden.html https://www.politico.com/news/2020/12/16/russian-hackers-fireeye-cyberattack-447226 https://www.lawfareblog.com/quick-thoughts-russia-hack
