Happily, someone took a photo. California now under a curfew from 10 PM to 5 AM. The virus has timed it to perfection: no danger till 9:59 PM. Disneyland: no theme park is really open. Disney is opening the park to shopping and eating, but no ride or exhibit. Oregon is completely open to narcocartels: all drugs, incl skag, cocaine, meth. California imposes nighttime COVID-19 curfew but some resist -- California is imposing a nighttime curfew as its coronavirus figures soar but it will lean heavily on voluntary compliance and sheriffs of some counties say they won’t enforce it.
