We’ll call it irrelevant. Amit Heumann is the Director of the International Law Department at the Office of the Legal Advisor, Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is currently legal advisor for the Israeli negotiation team for the Israeli-Lebanon maritime boundary negotiations.
