Image: Sharpening a quill John Fund, @johnfund, NRO, in re:   Joe Biden's version of a pen and a phone.   Will Biden rule with executive orders? Is that what Obama did? What Trump did?   This is done increasingly by presidents. A caravan from Honduras approaching Mexico. Biden is said to have said, “This isn’t the right time.” He’ll allow all possible arrivals to enter, but wants to do so [less obviously].  Reconciliation can be done for budgetary items, only; Biden will stuff as much as he can in the budget.   “Moderates” are institutionalists, don't subscribe to radical change. They all come from red states in the past, still lean red.  Trump appointed 30-odd percent of federal judges.  Biden can’t possibly move as far to the left as that branch of his party wants.   Impeachment: Biden didn’t interfere with Pelosi; does she outrank him? Ultimately, no. That was an act purely of spite as she knew [it couldn’t come to fruition].   https://www.nationalreview.com/2021/01/will-biden-govern-more-through-legislation-or-executive-orders/?itm_campaign=headline-testing-will-biden-govern-more-through-legislation-or-executive-orders&itm_medium=headline&itm_source=nationalreview&itm_content=Biden’s%20Executive-Order%20Temptation&itm_term=Biden’s%20Executive-Order%20Temptation
