Morning Update: While The Depositions Await A Ruling By The 2nd Circuit..Preska Moves Forward With Unsealing The Rest Of the Documents.
In an 11th hour bid, Maxwell filed an appeal to stop the unsealing of the previously sealed documents in question.
Her request for appeal was granted but only for the depositions. The rest of the files are expected to be made public today.
