The battle for Epstein's fortune is well underway in the Virgin Islands and lawyers for the survivors are not playing games.

The lawyers have demanded that any survivor who recives a settlement be allowed to pursue any third party that might also be involved in their abuse.

The Estate has pushed back on this demand and it for their part are asking that Ghislaine Maxwell be granted immunity and that the estate will pay survivors on her behalf as well.
