Prince Andrew was expecting to ring in his Birthday in typical royal splendor surrounded by a whose who of the elite.

Instead he is having trouble getting enough guests to attend to even make it a party. According to the Daily mail the response has been so tepid that Fergie has even begun sending invites to "2nd tier" guests.

As the fall from grace continues for Andrew, the number of people coming to his Birthday party should be the last of his concerns but like Nero , Andrew chooses to fiddle as the Windsor's tattered reputation burns.
