The Biden Administration\u2019s recent reinstatement of President Trump\u2019s \u201cRemain in Mexico\u201d policy and the mainstream network\u2019s attempts to spike the story.
The policy was put into place to prevent illegal immigrants awaiting asylum from disappearing into the population once they came across the border, and were released from detention. ABC, NBC, and CBS in 2019 all took turns bashing the \u201ccruelty\u201d of this policy but have had little to no say about it\u2019s reinstatement announcement on October 14th. Does the policy become good when Biden does it? Was it only bad when Trump did it? The media needs to be held accountable for their hypocrisy on this issue.
