An\u201cunfettered free and open Internet\u201d policy originally made sense to nurture apromising nascent Internet experiment. But as the past quarter centuryhas proven, a permanent trajectory of anarchic impunity to harm others for amature Internet is mindless madness.
There is no liberty, equality, or justice inanarchy. It is past time to civilize America\u2019s \u201cWild West\u201d Internet policy. It\u2019s time for \u201cWe the People\u201d to call for full restoration of constitutionalauthority over the U.S. Internet.
