Dollard Professor of Law at Yale Law School present findings from the Second National Risk Culture Study at GW. Their findings show that Americans are culturally divided on a variety of societal risks, from global warming to domestic terrorism, from HPV vaccination of school age girls to firearm restrictions on university campuses.'
