David Weiss, a principal figure in the Hunter Biden case, will be conducting the probe, though due to his past involvement in the investigation and the role he played in negotiating Hunter\'s "sweetheart" plea deal, many Republicans have criticized this move. Attorney Sol Wisenberg, who served as former Deputy Independent Counsel in the Whitewater and President Clinton investigations, joins the Rundown to discuss why he does not support Weiss leading the special counsel due to his previous actions in the investigation, the likelihood of Hunter Biden facing an indictment, and why President Biden himself could also face special counsel in the future.\\n\\nFive Americans in custody in Iran may soon have a chance at freedom, as the United States is negotiating a tentative deal for their release, but it is not without its drawbacks.
