So much for unity. Just days after former President Trump was acquitted at the Senate impeachment trial, Mississippi Democrat Congressman Bennie Thompson and the NAACP are suing Trump and his attorney Rudy Giuliani. They are accusing them of conspiring with far-right groups in the deadly Capitol attack. Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) discusses why the Democrats' ongoing efforts to go after the former President is only dividing the country further. Rep. Mace also discusses why she's troubled by the amount of security that remains in Washington D.C., President Trump's political future and why she is so focused on having schools return to in-person learning. An unprecedented winter storm has hit the state of Texas hard, with frigid temperatures, snow and ice leaving many people stranded in their homes and millions of them without power as windfarms and natural gas power plants have frozen over. FOX News Radio's Midwest Correspondent Jeff Monosso discusses how Texans are coping during the harsh conditions. Assistant editor of The Wall Street Journal's editorial page, James Freeman weighs in on the power outages across Texas and why he thinks this is a wakeup call to Americans. Plus, commentary by former Congressman and Fox News contributor Jason Chaffetz.
