Vaccine Rollout Ramp Up Bringing Americans More Hope

The COVID vaccine is getting easier to receive, and more than a thousand active-duty troops are being deployed to mass vaccination centers, the first part of the military's expanded role. President Biden's goal is to have a hundred locations in a month and FEMA is asking the Pentagon for up to ten-thousand service members to staff them. That is in addition to the thousands of National Guard members that already helping in over two dozen states. Dr. Richard Besser, President and CEO of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and former Acting Director of the CDC will discuss the rollout of the COVID vaccine, the accessibility of receiving a vaccine as well as when he thinks things will start to feel normal.   Former President Trump's immigration policy included the promise of a border wall to keep out illegal immigrations and slowing down legal immigration. President Biden is planning to undo a lot of that with his own immigration plans, already singing several executive orders to involve reviews of border security and legal immigration policies.
