A month after the Presidential election Georgia has recounted the votes a second time. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who is a Trump supporter, says there is really no change in the results. But President Trump still disagrees and insists there was fraud, leaving some Republicans unsatisfied after the recounts ahead of next month's Senate runoff.
