Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s Senate confirmation hearings begin the morning of Monday October 12th and the confirmation process has brought to light many questions about the future of the U.S. Supreme Court under either presidential candidate. Director of the Fox News Decision Desk, Arnon Mishkin joins to discuss what strategies we should expect in these hearings from Democrats and Republicans, former Vice President Biden’s refusal to answer where he stands on court packing and how all of this could influence voters in the 2020 presidential election.   This November Arizona, New Jersey, South Dakotah, Montanna and Mississippi will vote to legalize marijuana. Currently in the U.S. marijuana is legal for adults in 11 states and medical marijuana is legal in 33 states.
