Global Pandemic: Israel Will Lockdown To Combat Second Wave

Israel enters the Jewish High Holiday season by beginning another lockdown in order to fight a spike in coronavirus cases. Starting Friday, in an attempt to avoid a large second wave of infections, schools, restaurants and hotels will shut down and Israelis will face restrictions on where they can go.  FOX’s Trey Yingst speaks with Jodie Cohen, the author of 'Tikkun Olam, Israel vs. COVID-19', about the second imposed lockdown in the country and how they got there.
