Israelis have entered a second lockdown with some confusion on the rules and questions on how their government has handled the pandemic. The lockdown is also complicated by being implemented at the start of the Jewish High Holiday season when large gatherings and travel are usually the norm. FOX’s Trey Yingst speaks with Seth Frantzman, Jerusalem based author and journalist, about the lockdown restrictions and the expectations on how they will be received.
