Global Pandemic: England Could Face A Second Lockdown Soon
England's Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced new restrictions that will be put into place to combat a recent spike in coronavirus cases including increased fines for breaking laws on gatherings and not wearing a mask. Johnson pleaded with his country to make sure they follow guidelines before they are forced to institute a second lockdown.
