FOX News Rundown Extra: Why President Trump's Election Legal Challenges Should Concern Joe Biden

Published: Dec. 5, 2020, 10 a.m.

It's been more than four weeks since the election and President Trump maintains there was fraud in multiple state that cost him a victory. While Democrats say there was no widespread fraud and many election challenges have been dismissed by the courts, Trump's legal team continues to present what they say is evidence that the race was stolen.  Earlier this week, Jonathan Turley, Law Professor at George Washington University and Fox News Contributor, joined host Dave Anthony to  discuss President Trump's legal fights, what steps they can take next and why President-elect Joe Biden should be very concerned about the allegations being made. While Turley says he has yet to see any proof of fraud that could change the outcome of the race, he does argue that concerning allegations should not be dismissed by the media or the Democrats.   The interview was too long and we could not include all of it in our original segment. On The FOX News Rundown Extra, you will hear our entire conversation with law scholar Jonathan Turley and hear his full explanation of why Trump's election legal challenges should not be ignored and why It is important for our Democracy that the President's supporters maintain faith in both our legal and election systems.
