But despite being on the ballot in all 50 states, she did not participate in Tuesday's first Presidential debate because her polls numbers did not meet the required threshold. Jorgensen was critical of both President Donald Trump, former Vice President Joe Biden and their respective parties. She said both Democrats and Republicans have strayed from their traditional principles and feel the Libertarian platform is better for Americans.
