The CDC will be unveiling a new plan to reopen schools but seems to be changing course from trying to vaccinate all teachers to focusing on COVID-19 mitigation. The plan will test the Biden Administration's ability to please a Teachers Union that supported his candidacy and making parents feel comfortable with their children's health safety.
