Democrats Say Supreme Court Battle Is About Saving Obamacare

Over the weekend, President Donald Trump announced his nominee for the Supreme Court vacancy will be Judge Amy Coney Barrett. Director of the FOX News Decision desk, Arnon Mishkin, joins to discuss how Democrats have pivoted to tying the Supreme Court vacancy to the issue of health care amid the pandemic, how Judge Barrett’s past scholarly writings on the Affordable Care Act may impact her Senate confirmation hearing, how this Supreme Court issue could change the focus of the campaign from Covid-19 and Arnon weighs in on who he believes is the current  front-runner in the 2020 presidential election.   A few years ago, voters in Florida changed the state’s constitution to allow convicted felons to vote once their time in prison is over. But last year Florida's legislature, controlled by Republicans, added that all those convicted of felonies must pay all court debt in order to vote. Mike Bloomberg, Former Mayor of New York has helped raise money for that fund.
