Bolton Defends His Book

Former National Security Adviser John Bolton's new book "The Room Where It Happened: A White House Memoir," which has been highly critical of President Trump has been met with backlash from both sides of the political aisle. Bolton tells the 'Rundown' he's standing by his book. He also discusses the recent reports that Russia offered bounties to Afghan militants to kill U.S. troops and weighs in on the future of the Republican party. The fourth month of lockdowns and restrictions has started and for many Americans, that means another month not being able to pay rent. Some state and local rent or mortgage forgiveness programs are expiring by August 1st, but a program preventing evictions has been extended.
