b'Last week, Colorado\'s Supreme Court ruled that former President Donald Trump will be disqualified from the 2024 primary ballot, arguing that his involvement on January 6th conflicted with the 14th Amendment\\u2019s \\u201cinsurrectionist ban.\\u201d Michigan\\u2019s Supreme Court heard a similar case and ruled that Trump would remain on the ballot. Colorado\'s Secretary of State, Jena Griswold, says that the former president\\u2019s name will appear on the ballot unless a move by the U.S. Supreme Court gives the state of Colorado the authority.
