Two teens in Las Vegas stole a car and took it on a joy ride. That's when things turned deadly. The two teens not only stole the car, but thought it would be a good idea to drive around and run people over who were riding bikes. One of those people that they hit was a retried police chief who died.


Now that both teens have been arrested, Metro Police has announced that both of them will be tried as adults.
