Tijuana has been one of the bloodiest cities in Mexico's war on drugs. With its unique position on the border with America and with that border crossing being so heavily trafficked (no pun intended) you can see why the cartels are willing to go to extreme measures to control these routes. In todays episode, we take a look at Tijuana and the cartels that are vying for power over the city.
