Thousands Of Sexual Abuse Cases Stalled In NYC Courts (8/7/22)
The Catholic church has been under fire for years over the abuse of children while attending churches or church functions. With the institution of the CVA act in 2019, a lot of those kids who are now adults had the ability to seek justice for what happened to them. Well, now, like usual the slow moving wheels of justice are making things difficult on the victims once again as the NYC court is in slow motion when it comes to dealing with this backlog of cases. Now, those who are awaiting justice are speaking out.
