The Taliban have wasted no time showing the world that they are nothing more than the barbarians we all knew they were. When the west abandoned Afghanistan to the Taliban, we were told that the new and improved Taliban would be a more kind and gentle version of themselves. Unfortunately, you've been lied to again.
