The supreme leader of the Taliban is a very reclusive man. In fact, he hasn't been pictured in public since 2016. Until recently. As the walls continue to fall down around the Taliban inside of the country, they had a council to determine the fate of the nation and it was led by none other than Mullah Haibatullah Akhunzada.
