The Nicholas Tartaglione Trial Gets Underway With Opening Statements (3/18/23)
The Nicholas Tartaglione trial is now underway and the government has already begun to make it's case that Tartaglione murdered Martin Luna and three other men in a drug deal gone wrong. Tartaglione has always maintained his innocence and says that the authorities got the wrong guy.
Now, a jury in Westchester county will take a look at the evidence and the facts and they will decide if Nicholas Tartaglione spends the rest of his life in prison.
