The Lori Vallow Trial: The Jury Has Been Selected And Opening Statements Begin Monday (4/8/23)
After five days of questions and examinations of potential jurors, the court has made its way to the magic number of 18. 12 of those 18 will sit on the jury and hear the trial, the other six will be held in reserve in case an issue arises.
Opening statements in a trial that is expected to last 8 to 10 weeks will kick off on Monday, in what is sure to be an emotionally charged proceeding.
