Lori Vallow Daybell, the woman who stands accused of murdering her son JJ and her daughter Tylee will not face the death penalty, even though its on the books in Idaho. The judge ruled that due to several issues, that Lori Vallow Daybell would escape the hangmans noose and instead she is facing life behind bars.
