The Lawsuit Against Omegle (7/20/22)
Omegle has been under fire for their lax control over their platform and now they are going to pay the price for it. Omegle attempted to use section 230 as a defense but the judge ruled that the software used by omegle directly led to the interaction between the man and the young child he eventually abused.
