The Harvey Weinstein Trial (10/25/22)
Harvey Weinstein and his lawyers are using a strategy at his trial that might have worked in the past, but may run into serious resistance during the current climate. As we have seen in multiple trials of this nature in recent years, the jury has little desire to hear accusers smeared and verbally assaulted in the court room. However, this is the strategy that it looks like will be used by Team Weinstein.
