The Former Warden Of Dublin All Womens Correctional Facility Gets Charged With Assaulting Inmates (8/24/22)
Ray Garcia, the former warden at the all women's correctional facility in California has been charged with sexual crimes against inmates. It is alleged that he not only made them pose nude for him to photograph, but that he also sexually assaulted them as well. Garcia, for his part, has denied the charges.
